Summer Ball
Mike Lupica
*****

Mike Lupica Is a great author. He has many best sellers. He usually rights about sports. He has a variety of sports books you can choose from, as some examples football, baseball, and basketball. Mike has nine best sellers that you can read.

Summer Ball is about a NBA’s star son named Danny that goes to a basketball camp. When he gets there he finds out that there are a lot of kids that are taller and shorter than him. Then to make matters worse he finds out an old rival is there too. Then he gets put in a bunk with younger kids, and meets a kid named Zach which is a younger version of him. Then he finds out that he gets put on a team with his rival which they call him rasheed. Then he finds out that his coach is a hard headed coach.

I think this book is about a kid who underestimates himself. So he starts to get bad at basketball. Then he meets Zach and it changes his picture, and he tries again and gets better. Then Zach wants to quit and Danny won’t let him. So Zach doesn’t quit and keeps going.

Summer Ball is a good book. It is filled with excitement. It also has some rivalry in it. It also has some suspense in it. Overall It is a real good book.
