Tiger Eyes MAG

Tiger Eyes is about a teen whose father is shot and killed and how she, her mother and her little brother deal with it.

This book is very dramatic and really brings out feelings surrounding a death in the family. It brought me closer to my father who I had taken for granted before I read this book. I was not as close to my father as Davey was, but to think of my father killed really made me realize that he is human and does make mistakes just like any other person. This book brought me closer to him in a sense. I think most teens have more problems with their fathers than their mothers, just like me, and this book really helped me appreciate him more.

Tiger Eyes is very touching and easy to relate to if you have problems with your father (or any other relative or friend). I strongly suggest you read this book.
