Review of Absent Moon
On the way home, a girl and her horse find a locket and a star-covered cloth. After getting home, a man falls through the stable roof, attracting the horses. He has a major wound in his side. The girl gives him back his locket. The moon god informs her that he would grant her three wishes.
The short story intrigued me. I have an interest in gods and legends of their feats. That is why I enjoy reading books like those written by Rick Riordan. I feel this story would draw much interest from the public if it would be developed into a full-length story and/or series. I am also curious to find out what the main character Elizabeth wishes for and how it affects her life. There are many stories when wishes have a negative effect; maybe these will be positive.
