Fading Dreams

I wonder sometimes
How its even possible
To have all your dreams, and everything
To do with them crushed in an impossiblly
Short amount of time
How
I was so full of hope
Just a month ago but now
I sit wondering how to cope
How can I deal with it
It all happened so quick
It feels like I have been hit
A million times over and it won't quit
I just want that fire and hope back
But now my heart is black.
