Mirror of Us
It takes a lot to reflect on ourselves because even the mirror shows only what everyone else sees. What about, what do I see? What do I see about the world around me? Do I see the greens and reds, or do I see the black and blues? Does the light reach every corner, or does it fade just short? Is it different from what you see? There is no image that is right, and there’s no image that is wrong. When we look with our eyes, we see material. When we look with our souls, we see what we’ve done. Beauty does not lie in the eyes, but through what we see through them.
