The sun is out today.
It is only 87 degrees and rising.
The smell of summer is here.
Faster and Faster it approaches.
The smell of fresh cut grass fills the air.
The warm breeze runs through your hair.

Fishing and swimming are options.
Boating and tubing are always fun.
The sun is beating down.
It is burning the skin of victims under its rays.
But then again that is why they call its Summertime Happiness.

The air fills with the smell of barbecue.
The sky fills with fireworks.
Bang, Bang, Bang, KaPow!
The sky is shining brighter and brighter.
The children's faces are covered with joys.
The sky is dark again, but filling with the explosion of light.
It is almost midnight as the park clears out.
The only good thing about this is...
The days of summer will start over again like an endless time warp.
