holding on to nothing
is like holding on to smoke
keeping up with nothing
is like running a race against time
fighting with nothing
is like fighting with someone who doesn’t exist
nothing
is like an empty space
you never knew was empty
you don’t miss it
but you need it
you just don’t know you do
