Obsessions of A Teenaged Girl
I have this obsession with innocence
It's purity mesmerizes me
Everywhere are it's finger prints
The evidence finds me guilty
Temptation is a curse
Something we all know well
We get older, it gets worse
Truth is we all live in hell
Figuratively speaking
All these memories
The past is intriguing
Full of strange yet colourful realities
It started in late fall
First love can change a girl
Head, heart and all
You where the oyster I, the pearl
Then winter came
They took everything away
I started seeing boys as a game
A game I unknowingly would play
And here we again
Always back right here
Knowing it will drain
Never could recreate it, could we dear
I'll always think of then
Waves that burn in my mind
Might happen again
Fate please be kind
