I Hate You

Where in my body, soul, and mind, can I find my strength?
Is it found within the lies I encounter everyday?
Strength is not found in my weak body, untrained, unloved, unhealed.
Strength is not found in my heart, because my heart hates me as well.
What of me doesn't hate every last bone in my flesh.
Every last flaw, imperfection, every last need and last infection.
Every last tear. Every joke. Every lie.
What doesn't want me to die.
My soul perhaps?
My mind as well?
Who knows. I don't. All I know is that I have two options when I feel this way.
Eat it up, or starve it out. Either way I lose. What am I to do, dear reflection, because I truly do hate you.

Your a sweetheart! Thank you so so much. And your right, I know I shouldnt be so hard on myself, but sometimes insecurity gets the best of me. Your amazing and thank you so so much, you just made my night better.
wow, that was really touching, :) i hope this is not how u truly feel.. I hope u know that u'r body, soul and mind is exactly where u'r strength lies, u r beautiful no matter who u r. Every human being was put in this world with love and beauty. I don't know who u r or what kind of battle u r really going through, but i want u to know that there are many people out there who love u just the way u r. Hate is a strong word... and it can only be replaced with love :) Love urself a little bit every day and soon u will see how beautiful u truly r, both on the inside and the outside.

I know many people including myself who defiantely and truely think your a beatiful, skinny, and charming girl. Sometimes we need to look past our tiny imperfects and what we might think to see the greater picture... Your an outstanding person and i know that for a fact because i know you. I know how you feel and i know every aspect about you.... And i love it. Your beauty outshines anyone ive ever seen, and your beauty dosent stop on the outside.... your also beautiful on the inside... you have a pure and loving heart and you should never let how you look at yourself drive you to that... because i always have and always will think your the most beautiful and skinny girl in the world. and ill always no matter what always love you.... I just want you to know all this.... when you think about your appearance... Your the most important person in my life and im proud to say that i love a girl as pure and beatiful and skinny as you.... stay strong cuppy cake <3
