Red Satin Lips
Hair as white as snow curling perfectly down my back
I lay still as a deer in headlights
And listen to their cries
I holler out in comfort,
But no one hears.
Why?
What’s going on?
Why is the preacher here?
But then I realize all too late,
I am dead.
