Muffled foot-falls floating Through the night and
Under pools of streetlight
Stand
To catch a breath
And start again.

Smeared colors slipping by,
War-paint marks the visage.
Blood courses, sprinting now.
Hands reach out
For another,
While slipping out of sight and sound.

Thanks! It takes me forever to decide which picture to put with my article. They have the most random pictures on there, and it's hard to find something that corresponds with what you see in your head, you know?

wonderful imagery...and the picture you chose matches nicely too.
