We stood
outside
in a small
patch of
moonlight.
Fenced out by
all the un-
mistakable
differences
that we
liked.
We watched
bodies
move
windows
light
boys
sweat
girls
fight.
Voyeurs
of the
curious
kind.
I don't
think
we were
at
quite the same
party
as anyone
else.
