Words chase each other around my head, blabbering, incoherent;
the half-formed heads of fairytale stories, never finished, never ending.
Wispy, like white eiderdown. Slowly floating to the bottom of my skull, there to stagnate in an eternal pool.
Occasionally, gravity reverses itself, they float up, towards the sunny-blue sky that is the top of my brunette head.
Together, the words solidify, and form stories, stories for you to read, stories for me to write.
Is your head the same?

I couldn't have said it better myself raven, you seem to always have a way with words ^_^. Though I do agree, with an above comment, the lines should be shortened in my opinion

I love the words, especialy in the 5th line, but I think the lines are too long. The rhythm doesn't really make sense.

Your head is quite interesting :)  I actually wrote a poem before reading this that has the same idea, the world inside my head called "Limitless" but it hasn't been posted to the website yet.

The use of metaphors in this poem is really awesome. And I would like to say that "my head is the same except the fairytale things...." Very good poem.
