Sitting and Waiting
He is sitting...
sitting on the bench.
That one special bench, that he sits at everyday.
He knows every detail carved into the wood of that bench..
from sitting and starring at the bench wishing someone was beside him.
He goes there to escape...
escape from his house...and
escape from his life.
As he stares down at his feet, he waits for someone,
to come around that corner of the bench and tap him on the shoulder.
His eyes glued to the ground.
His vision gets blurry and one by one,
tears fall to the ground, and
land on the tips of his shoes,
as if the water was about to fall off a water fall.
He has been waiting for a while now.
Walking to that stupid bench every morning,
just waiting for something...someone.
So he finally realized no one was coming.
He stood up an left that old, stupid, carved wood bench,
and never came back.

Some poems are made that way...
And I don't think it is at all.
