This is an apology of my actions,
Im sorry for my hurtful words.
This is a retake of that aweful day
When we were just young love birds.

This is me swallowing my pride,
Admitting i am wrong.
This is me writing you a poem
Because i dont have a song.

This is beginning of a new start,
A journey on our own.
Where our dreams won't be a part,
Because were going all alone.

This is the start of an age,
But the end of a lifetime,
The beginning of independence,
But you won't be here this time.

So here i sit,
with no words to say.
I'll apologize once more,
Every night and every day.
