I feel the rain, I feel the sun,
I feel it when there is no one,
I feel the tears, I feel the happiness,
But maybe that’s just part of life,
I won’t look down,
I will stand up for my beliefs when it’s right,
But I will also turn the other cheek, like Jesus,
I will not be mean to you,
As you have been mean to me,
I felt the tears,
Cold, alone, and sad, I was,
I do not wish that upon you,
Although it is your choice to act that way,
I know I can’t take that away,
But that is life,
And we are all a part of it,
In one way or another,
So let it be
