From the Movie into Reality

"Don't close your eyes!"
We hear this line from the monster or "evil doer" all the time in scary movies.
Most people think nothing of it but what if this line starts to affect us in realty.
What if the line changes to "Don't open your eyes!" and it’s not said by the "evil doer" or monster but thought by a mother?
She doesn’t want her daughter to open his eyes for the first time and see what the world has become because we didn’t protect it enough.
It’s up to us to not let this line go from the movie to reality.
