How can everything go from feeling...
so right to so wrong,
With only two short words?
How can you manage to do that again,
When you’ve already done this once before?
Different was something I though you were,
But I guess I was wrong.

I watch you avoid me and speak my name is quiet.
You think I don’t see,
But I see more than you think.
I felt your words sting my heart.
You think I don’t feel at all,
But I feel more than you think.

You can tell me that you’re sorry,
And that nothing happened,
But I know you better than that.
You can tell me that you didn’t mean it,
And that it was a mistake,
But I know you better than that.
And I know it was not a mistake,
And that you’re not sorry.

There is nothing else you can do,
Except for sit in guilt,
And consider what you could have done,
To fix what you did,
And you’ve lost me.
And I’ve lost two.

This is a poem I wrote for school. It was about what someone that I really liked did to me... I really like this one and it shows how I feel about the whole thing.
