New, Faded, Wilted, Gone...
the red rose faded to black.
.
my heart so full and open to love and be loved,
i allowed myself to be completely vulnerable,
like a new born baby who is innocent to the world
with eyes grasping every person and touch,
every feeling of love and comfort
blessed upon the child
.
my love.
new and pure.
whole and true.
open and so willing to give in to the raw essence of its beauty.
but when i had let my love free
i felt betrayed,
now my love is in ashes,
doesn't have any tangible purpose
.
my love is now...
a blank page that is left empty
(because no one wants to fill it up with emotions and words)
vacant.
no longer available to the next owner who wants to claim it.
shut and closed.
for the heart of me has put the key away.
lost with no desire to be found.
silence,
now turned into deep darknesss.
