Empires of Flame
Power.
All they want is power.
Supremacy above all others.
Authority over their peoples.
Rallying they grow, expand into the mind.
With the people’s minds theirs, they strike.
Empires are born through war.
Expanding they conquer the lands of their enemies.
Fires burn, cities crumble, and people murdered.
Their peoples see the horror of their leaders, the mindlessness, and savageness.
They see the lie behind the ‘truth’ they were told.
They plan.
Riots, protests, and uprisings surmount.
The order fails.
The establishment is broken, torn, left to destroy itself.
The people join forces, Coup d’état.
Their empires are ruined, burning in the night.
