RAGE
RAGE IS A BOOK
IT IS A HARDCOVER
ITS OUTERSHELL IS STRONG AND HURTFUL
KEEPING WHAT’S INSIDE WELL PROTECTED
THROWING IT AROUND LEADS TO DESTRUCTION
BUT WHEN YOU TAKE A LOOK INSIDE ITS DIAMOND EXTERIOR
YOU FIND HIDDEN FRAGMENTS
YOU SEE THAT ITS PAGES ARE MUCH SOFTER,
WEAK, DELICATE, AND EASILY TORN
EACH HOLDING A NEW STORY AND EXPERIENCE
THAT ULTIMATELY SWELL INTO,
ONE CULMINATING ENDING
THESE CRISPS OF WHITE EMOTIONS MAY SEEM INNOCENT
BUT THEIR EDGES CUT, DEEP AND PAINFUL
RAGE IS A BOOK
THAT MUST BE READ TO BE UNDERSTOOD,
TO UNDERSTAND WHY IT HIDES BEHIND
THIS FORCEFUL PERSONA
