A girl I knew,
As happy and smart,
Took a knife,
To her heart.
No one knew,
She was slowly dying,
Until we saw,
Her broken pieces,
On the floor.
Broken broken,
She lay,
Help help,
She would say.
Life is drained,
Blood stained.

This is about how when you keep quiet about your feelings then it is like your dying and eventually your light goes out leaving you drowning forever. Please comment!

Agreed, someone who is smiling could really be sad and depressed and maybe even suicidal. We never know anymore.

The universe must be a teenage girl. So much darkness, so many stars.

The happy and smart part is what is most disturbing. How do we live in such a world where we don't know that even one person who looks happy is happy?
