Enjoyment, or Just a Change of Pace?
What if it rained more often;
what if the sky darkened and cried every week, every day?
The clouds blotting out the sun, shading the scorched world.
The water washing the earth, and those who live on it, clean.
And the beauty of the dampened world, just after a downpour.
Would even we who love the rain, lose our desire of it,
if it were to become as common as the sun?
There are people that truly like the cool, dark weather.
There are people that truly enjoy the feeling of the fresh water washing over them.
There are people that truly appreciate the sight of landscapes dampened with freshly fallen rain.
But there are some people that merely think they do;
there are people that merely enjoy a 'change of pace'.
