Those Amber Eyes
See that girl, with amber eyes?
Those peepers are just her disguise.
Piercing by night, soft by day,
Look for a minute, and she's on her way.
Steep plunging canyons, lush green fields,
Her probing look never yields.
They'll tell you the story of her life,
yet hide so much of that inner strife.
How mysterious they are in every manner,
They display her emotion, big as a banner.
Do you see that girl, the one with amber eyes?
