Summary:
In the country of North America, now known as Titania, factions replaced the "old government". There are the Imperials, Republicans, Silverhounds, Peacemakers, and the Arbiters. Each faction has their own job and beliefs and ideas. Alexander, an Aribter is 18 and just graduated from high school, meaning he has to take the Faction Initaition Test. His girlfriedn, Lydia is an Imperial and both of them want to be in the same faction to be married and start a family, but tensions rise as a terrorist organization wishes to change the ways of government. Alexander and Lydia future may not plan out to what they desire.
