Malcolm Gladwell didn't just write another book on theories. This book conveys the importance of how our elite citizens have the ability to make themselves who they are today. He goes into depth and uses vigorous research to find out how these prodigies became who they are. He looks at birth dates, what they did on their spare time, and how they were raised as children. Gladwell pulls these geniuses apart piece by piece and figures out the most important characteristic of all these geniuses. Even though Gladwell fights his own observations and his own theories, he manages to show the complex information in a way that everyone can understand. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to get into the minds of people like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Joe Flom, and the Beatles and gain the knowledge of what it took for them to become an outlier. Not only does Gladwell make his point but he convinces everyone who reads the book to follow his point of view.
