John Green's, The Fault In Our Stars, is an excellent novel for young adults and teens to read. The information given, suits the ages 12-17 almost perfectly. The words used in the book and the book's plot are not too difficult nor too easy. In my opinion, it's just perfect.

The voice that the author uses in the text of the book is definitely emotionally romantic. The amount of emotion used in the book definitely effects the way the story is viewed by young adults and teens, because there are many emotional and meaningful quotes in the book. The language that, in the book, supports my judgement because of what I just mentioned, how there are many emotional and meaningful quotes in the book that you might not understand at first, but will understand later on in the story. A quote that's meaningful from the book is, "The marks humans leave are too often scars."

I would say that the story is well organized and, not the easiest to, but able to understand. I would also say that in about the middle of the book, there was for me, an unexpected, beautifully depressing, amazing plot twist. My opinion on the way the characters acted was that they were very civilized, maybe a little too civilized, for young adults or teens to act, so I wouldn't believe that the characters are realistic. I can relate to the characters, because I've been through a lot of stuff, just like the leading female character, Hazel, has.
