Book Reveiw Of The Adoration Of Jenna Fox
Jenna, her mom, and grandmother moved to California after an accident. Jenna's dad lives in Boston, where his medical company is and his million-making invention bio-gel. Jenna wonders what happened when she woke up from her coma. All her parents told her was that she was in an accident which caused her to lose her memory and suffer major injuries, but when Jenna looks at herself in the mirror she looks perfectly fine. Jenna wonders how this can be. Jenna meets Ethan and Allys who quickly become her friends, but Jenna begins to remember old friends from Boston and wonders why she never hears from them. Jenna works to uncover her past, but as she finds out about her past she realizes she never should have been so curious.
The Adoration of Jenna Fox is a great book with lots of cliffhangers and shocking secrets. Mary E. Person wrote a great book about parent-child relationships, change, and being different. The characters develop and change so much throughout the story. Person kept me interested in the book with all of the unexpected plot twists and cliffhangers. The characters were true-to-life and were perfect for the genre. Overall this was a great science fiction novel and I would highly recommend it. I very much hope Mary E. Person continues to write novels.
