Review of Jersey Boys
I recently saw Jersey Boys. It was the best show I have ever seen. It used a great combination of dialogue, music, and commentary from the characters. Although they can’t be credited for the story, they presented it well. The set was perfect for the quick transitions and the actors managed to keep the show moving smoothly. The music was the most impressive aspect. The drummer was playing almost the entire time, which requires amazing endurance and skill. I love Frankie Valli’s music. His voice is so unique, yet it was perfectly mimicked. The wardrobe was also impressive. I really hope to see it again next time it is in Chicago.
