Prices have been shooting up for everything; you can't even buy a single decent car for 15k or more. Well, what if I told you that there is a super cool car that can be affordable for the majority of people? This car you probably have heard of, but don’t know much about: The Nissan 300ZX (Z32)

The Nissan 300ZX (Z32) was made from 1989 and 2000 (Japan) and 1990 to 1996 (US). This car has some of the craziest features. It has things that even modern sports cars from our era haven’t even adapted. On the final year model in the USA it had things such as, twin turbochargers. T-top roofs feature removable glass for a convertible feel without its loss of rigidity. Twin Turbocharged Z32s also featured adjustable two mode suspension and the four-wheel steering systems called "Super HICAS" (High Capacity Actively Controlled Steering), first introduced on the R31 Nissan Skyline; Yes, from the legendary R31. Nissan really went all out for these cars. This car was a gem for its time - and now!

Nissan put a revolutionary 3.0L Dual overhead cam V6, with twin turbos or naturally aspirated, in these Z32s. It was so good that in 1990 this very car was offered the “car of the year award.” These cars have the most iconic headlights of the 90’s, flat headlights that is. The previous generation came with “pop-up” headlights, which at the time people were starting to find them ugly and made the car look outdated. So Nissan wanted to keep the “wedge” styling from the previous generation but it is hard to keep that wedge styling with the headlights not being pop-ups. So Nissan took a couple years to develop one of the sleekest headlights I think have ever been made. They were so good that Lamborghini, yes that Lamborghini, wanted to use Nissans Z32 headlights in their 2001 Lamborghini Diablo supercar. 

Nissan was able to squeeze out an impressive top speed. The governed top speed (electronically limited) was limited to 155mph or 250kpm but people have been able to squeeze out a top speed of 260mph, that's with some modifications, but that is crazy that with some modifications, you can make you car as fast as the “fastest top speed car in the world”, the Bugatti Chiron with 261mph. Without the modifications they got to 199mph which is still super impressive. 

Now you are probably wondering, besides this being a cool car with good features, why should you buy it? Well besides the fact that it is currently commonly found at 6K-30K (depending on the condition of the car.) It is currently shooting up in price. These cars weren’t made much in the USA and so it is extremely difficult to find them here. Many of them were made in Japan, but you can’t bring cars over until they turn 25 years old according to the USA. So super early years are being able to cross over to America, but those numbers are near stagnant. These cars in the future will become collector cars that are worth thousands of dollars. We see this happen with many cars, such as the Mazda RX-7, they were being sold for around 20K then people decided they really loved the car and the engine is super rare, so prices now are 60K-90K. I could give you examples all day but it is very clear that this car will become a collectors car. As it sort of is already but soon it will be turned into the “legendary car” status.

In conclusion, you should buy this car whilst it lasts, they have the best features even for modern standards. These cars are dwindling in numbers and are becoming hard to find. They will shoot up in prices and if you buy one now you could make a profit. Or better; get to brag that you own one and have fun while driving it.
