Round For Round
We push and grab at each other as we smile.
Sometimes we get into a little duel.
It made me guess if this is all worthwhile.
Those days we make our selves look like such fools.
Such words we say we never really mean.
And after all is done we push again,
Because we know love is not always clean.
All these small things are nothing but a pain.
Together we can make it through it all.
For every couple has those days sometimes.
You never leave me crying in a bawl.
We never let ourselves cross that line.
There’s times we need a break from those bad days,
To stare into our lovers caring gaze.
