Shiny diamonds shine like starry night
My love brings me diamonds to win my love
As the clock strikes nine the day begins bright
My day consist of finding my one love
Parents wonder where I sneak off at night
They won’t find out about the enemy
I was frightened by the bright palace light
Dating an enemy is felony
My love and I decide to run away
We run away to the church to say vows
What he doesn’t know that love kills someday
The third day we rouse we cooked up some cows
We runoff for love and stop for a breath
Turns out loving him was leading to death
