My Passion
Aztec dancing is my only passion.
It is unnecessary to judge me,
For I've not committed an infraction.
It is quite obvious and you will soon see,
A dancer I am and always have been.
My love towards dance is like young romance,
The jumps, the spins, it's all adrenaline.
With the drum's beat my feet begin to dance,
As I feel the rhythm rush through my heart.
There's unique and colorful attire,
Each and everyone a rare piece of art.
All of which I extremely admire.
There is no need to become frantical,
The dance of the Aztecs is magical.

What inspired me to write this poem was the fact that I don't know what I would do without Aztec dancing in my life. I have been doing it for three years now and I have come to absolutely love it.
