The sun rises over the distance hill
the dawn of a new day of pain and tears
the battle within me rages on still
each day i face my worst trails and fears
As the year passes on i grow weaker
i battle my own insults from within
the taunts grow stronger as i grow meeker
for me it feels each breath is a sin
I have so much while others have little
but things are not what i seek in my life
life can be hard i'm split down the middle
is there some way for me to end this strife?
The sun rises over a distant hill
Today is the day i change how i feel
