not sure

This isn't how we expected to be
To be lost with no way
When you lose love you see
There's nothing left to say

Life stops with it walk
The second our love clock stops
For we shall no longer talk
As my tears roll on the top

I lost my heart to you
Never dreamed it to happen
Wished this was never true
Now our love seems like a sin

"You don't understand! I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I could've been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am." - On the Water Front

"This is my place of failure."

I liked the first stanza.. But after that the rhymes sort of came across as forced and then didn't rhyme at all.. I had trouble making sense of the piece too..
