I'm angry because you let me down,
I'm disappointed 'cause you lied.
I'm lost because I believed in you,
And trusted you to stay by my side.
I'm smiling because it's the only way,
To keep off a flood of tears.
I'm laughing because it's the only way,
To face the truth, my fears.
I'm forgiving because it's useless to grudge,
And why should I when you don't care?
Go on with her, and don't look back,
'Cause when you do, I won't be there.
