A dragon soared high above, breathing fire.
A wolf howls far into the distant night.
A vampire runs, fighting, never maimed.
A fairy flutters, wings butterfly bright.

A mermaid hums a different tune.
A Pegasus gallops across the sky.
An elf dances in the light of the moon.
A unicorn walks alone, so shy.

A dwarf works deep within his dark cavern.
A wizard shut away in his lair.
A human warms around fire, bright burn.
An angel to answer you own prayer.

An artist paints her vision before her.
An author writes words in his mind like burs.

The author's comments:
I was in the middle of the annual school testing (my math ARMT), done, and I was thinking about all these books I read. After that, it just kinda came to me.
