Snowman
With layers, built on layers, built on lies.
I melt to know your button eyes adore.
Another, while as im cold and lost in sight.
I know no other who will love you more.
I miss the January in your eyes.
For March exposes what remains of you.
I tried to save the winter-world’s fair guise.
But pushed away was I for someone new.
I finally recognized good-bye in sight.
For frost-bit heart laid broken, black and cold,
To love you, was to hate you, ‘twas the light.
Thought I will miss you when the year grows old.
Please let me know when lips are lost and blue.
If I am just a season love to you?
