Those Strangers
Every day has been the same ever since those strangers came.
They were dressed for the rain all in black with disdain.
They’re gone now but their presence still remains.
You can feel it when you’re walking down the cities lanes.
Memories of them cannot escape your brain.
But little do you know that that was you when you didn’t know what to do.
You were confused and lost in all the pain that life was giving in all the things you weren't forgiving.
And when the sun finally came out what you were thinking came out in a muffled shout
You included your pain, your sorrow, and everything that you doubt
Your soul and heart spilled from your lips
You figured out what it felt like when your soul it rips
Gently feel the scars with your finger tips
Feel the difference when your heart it skips
Feel the difference when with love it's lit
Feel the difference when all your sorrows the dust they bit when the ground they hit
Of course it's due to the person you met
They were the one that made your forget
They are the only thing that you don't regret
