"Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds ways to kneel and kiss the ground." - Rumi

I know that I have hurt you more
Than I could ever hope to say
I pushed you out that open door
And I feel more alone each day

You were the one that stole my heart
But you didn't even have to try
And now it's breaking as we part
Our quiet words upon a sigh

I know that I could never say
A single word to fix today
But still I hope, and dream, and pray
That you will hear me out someday

I finally see things through your eyes
What can I do so you will see?
I was never good at goodbye's
Simply, you were meant for me

I know that I could never say
A single word to fix today
But still I hope, and dream, and pray
That you will hear me out someday

And hide these words in your heart
Where they will forever stay
Let's go back to the start
And learn to love in every way

I love you
I'm sorry
I never meant a single word
What will it take for one last chance?

This is a very vulnerable part of me... We all make mistakes. You can forgive and forget or accept and move on. Two sides of the same coin.
