Rose colored snow
Red,
The color of berries
The sky while the sun peaks just over the horizon
The hearts that decorate the walls in April
The ruby decorating your neck
The rose-colored snow that lay beneath you.
Such a beautiful end.
So perfect that it may be mistaken for art,
The way the vibrant red envelopes your being
Your hair splayed perfectly around you
Long eyelashes accompanied by passing snowflakes
A violent red nose, bitten by the cold
That red scarf around your neck.
A terrifying yet peaceful scene.
The slight content smile on your face,
Saying goodbye to the world as the rose-colored snow is washed away.
