I take the road less traveled
When I come to a split in the path,
I try to take the lonelier half,
The one with trees ten metres tall,
That doesn’t lead to a shopping mall,
I take the road without maintenance staff,
When there’s a fork in the road,
I try to take the one less strode,
The one covered in dust and moss,
That looks the hardest to come across,
Indeed the one less showed.
I take the road less toured,
The one that’s the most obscured,
Well away from public eye,
With grassy plains and open sky,
So it’s lucky I’m insured.
