Picking petals off a rose

Watching the sun set

In the evening

What's beyond the sky

No one knows

But why must we look past

These beautiful stars

Sometimes

The only thing that keeps me sane

Is singing in the rain

Singing in the rain

Chasing rainbows

Catching stars

I always thought I'd find

A pot of gold

But this thing called luck

Does not exist

Or if it does it's not on my side

Sometimes

The only thing that keeps me sane

Is singing in the rain

Singing in the rain

Very beautiful, excellent imagery! I love the message of finding a silver lining to keep yourself sane.
