Too Slow On LOve
One heart, one passion
I was too young to notice,
to notice all the stares
To notice all the tears..
Now I know,
I know that I have lost my only crown
The crown that only had eyes for me
I knew that are entwined hands meant more
Meant more to him,
But not to me..
I never wanted to hurt him
Never meant to take the emotion out of his soul
An emotion that has me falling to my knees
I never knew how to love, or so I thought
This brings me such sorrow that I cannot handle
My heart in pieces, but yet I was the one who broke it
This is what brought our true love to ashes at our feet
My lost crown, now graced with freedom,
Freedom from me
