unmotivated
I have no motivation to write a poem
But i will anyway
My mom always told me to have good manners
But i must say
It seems like nobody else matters
I try to act nice
But anger just doesn't climb ladders
Im doing this for a good grade
But i know this is poorly made
I keep getting lemons
But avoiding the lemonade
Cringy metaphors will carry me on
And bad similes will keep me up till dawn
Just like a creepy old man
Follows you in his van
My thoughts will haunt me as long as they can
I killed my imagination
To make room for school
So i could learn about the nation
And all of its people
Now it wants revenge
I don't know what to do
Nothing else will avenge
My old thoughts about you
