We were beautiful like the fall.

Suddenly, you built a wall against me.

Because like autumn, we were lying.

Nothing is beautiful when it's dying.

This poem was to reflect a toxic relationship. Both parties of the relationship know that it isn't good for them , but they can't bring themselves to end it. That is why the relationship is "dying". Thank you for the feedback! :)

okay, I think you may have some relationship issues going on. this poem definitely gives me a sense of sadness and despair. like youve given up hope.
