She was freely floating, flying high in auspicious air.
Without warning, she was ripped down towards greedy ground.
Reality collapsed around her, darkness devoured the sky.
Numbing failure closed in, and a once-eager heart suffocated.
The blame for her downfall did not lie with the faulty parachute,
But in her naive belief that the sky wasn't the limit.
