The knight stumbled into the dark cave

Braving the dragon that dwells in pitch black darkness
Sword by his side, dubbed Determination
With his shield, called Courage

The knight felt his guts shiver
Waves of hungry leeches sucking at his will
He felt like his stomach could curl up into nothing

The knight faced the mighty dragon
Like a pipsqueak standing up against a vicious bully
How the dragon took lives of fellow humans
How the bully took his money and cornered him

ROAR! BOOM!

The dragon spat scorching flame at the knight
Shield up high, the knight endured it with Courage
The dragon backed up, a little
Confused
How did the knight survive the blast?

The pipsqueak seized the chance when the bully was staggered
Then took a swing at the dragon
Only to be hurt
Silenced
And crippled by the dragon’s tail whip

CRACK

His bones cracked
His shield snapped
He lost Courage

The pipsqueak wanted to be in a shell
Where no one could bother him

With his sword, the knight gathered his strength and stood up
Exhausted, it looked like it would take miles to reach the dragon
With determination filling up to heal the wound
He charged toward the dragon and climbed on it’s back

The dragon shook violently
Like an earthquake
The ground trembled, even split under it’s feet
The cave rumbled and grumbled
As the dragon tumbled and fumbled
Rocks crashing at the dragon from above like meteors

CRICK

The knight managed to find the nape, and stab it with his sword
Until his armor shined in red
With a keen eye, he noticed that a boulder was going to fall
And block his exit
And trap him here in the dark cave
Forever

The knight climbed off, and rushed to the light
Just as he was in the sun, the dragon got him by the leg
But luckily, the boulder fell down right on time

And there it lay
When the bully was defeated
With it’s claw sticking out as a memory
The pipsqueak would always remember
When he defeated his bully that day
