Death Of The Coastline
It’s easy to imagine the coastline
sizzling with uncertainty
swiftly feasting with innocence,
almost as if its nature is frenzied with imagination
waiting to be revealed by the future.
It is not immune to the learning machine,
but inconvenienced by the sexual cannibalism of humankind.
The primal animal is such a monster,
no good comes from our hands.
Cascading into the blackness below, becoming harder to find
overcome by emotion
as death closes in,
it celebrates innovation.
