Your Brown Eyes Make Me Feel Alive
I’m cold inside
Like my soul has died
Drowned in my tear-fed tide
Lost without my heart or pride
Then I see your face
My heart begins to race
And my feet want to take chase
Your arms, they're the safest place
You smile and I want to fall to your feet
My cheeks are filled with heat
I yearn to taste your lips; the sweetest treat
You make me so complete
I want to be so much more
I want us to dance together on a waxed floor
I want to hear if you snore
You're in me so deep, to my very core
Then once again you're gone
Even though I want to talk to you until we yawn
Giving into sleep only at dawn
I can't wait to see your brown eyes again Shawn
